江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想,指明了我党新时期党建的基本方针,浓缩了我们党和国家在改革、发展过程中的三个基础,即物质基础(先进生产力)、精神基础(先进文化)和社会基础(最广大人民)。“三个代表”思想是新世纪加强党建工作的基本方针,是对马克思主义党建学说的创新和发展。
