To investigate the interrelationship of serum interleukin-1 (IL-1), tu-mor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α), testosterone (T) and estradiol (E_2)in infer-tile rabbits. Rabbits were divided into the vasectomy group(VG), the vaso-vasostomy fertility group (VFG), the vasovasostomy infertility group(VIG) and the sham operation (control) group ( SOG ).
