研究表明,Rb蛋白的异常表达与某些肿瘤的发生有关。Cyclin E通过改变Rb蛋白的磷酸化状态来调节Rb的生物学活性,其异常表达与多种肿瘤的侵袭性及预后相关。本研究分析了62例B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中cyclin E与Rb蛋白的表达,探讨了cyclin E和Rb与B-NHL发病的关系。
Studies have shown that the abnormal expression of Rb protein and the occurrence of some tumors. Cyclin E regulates the biological activity of Rb by altering the phosphorylation status of Rb protein, and its abnormal expression is correlated with the aggressiveness and prognosis of various tumors. This study analyzed the expressions of cyclin E and Rb proteins in 62 B-NHL patients and explored the relationship between cyclin E and Rb and the pathogenesis of B-NHL.
