体外血栓形成仪装置及测定方法,1958年由Chandler设计,报道(注)。现国外已广泛应用于临床测定及止血药、抗凝药和纤溶药的筛选。我国北京西苑医院1976年开始采用,作活血化瘀药物研究之用。但测定要求恒温(37℃)环境及转速缓慢,稳定的马达(17转/分左右),仪器装置麻烦,不利推广。我们据根Chandler设计原理(图1)结合我国一般实验室条件,利用普通电唱机及恒温箱仿制成“简易体外血栓形成仪”,经过数百次试验,认为方法简便,性能稳定,重复率高,形成的血栓形态(大体和显微镜)与Chandler报告完全相同(图2)。现介绍如下。
