目的评价四川省筠连县第一轮全球基金疟疾项目实施效果,为开展消除疟疾工作提供经验。方法按照全球基金中国疟疾项目的要求,在项目县进行全民健康教育和临床医务人员、镜检人员疟疾防治技能培训的基础上,采取以控制传染源为主的综合性防治措施,积极开展疟疾防治和监测工作。结果项目县疟疾发病率由项目实施前2002年的1.66/万降至2007年0.12/万,下降了92.77%,流行范围由13个乡镇缩小至2个乡镇,漏报率由89.47%降至0。居民疟防知识知晓率由26.86%提高到79.83%(χ2=403.00,P<0.01),提高了197.21%;学生疟防知识知晓率由36.87%提高到99.22%(χ2=359.62,P<0.01),提高了169.11%。结论在全球基金疟疾项目的支持下,筠连县疟疾防治能力得到了明显的增强,居民疟防知识显著增加,疟疾流行得到有效遏制,项目实施取得了明显成效。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of the first round of global fund malaria project in Junlian County, Sichuan Province and provide experience for eliminating malaria. Methods Based on the requirements of the Global Fund China Malaria Program, we conducted comprehensive health education and training on the prevention and treatment of malaria among clinical medical staff and microscopic examination staff in project counties, and took comprehensive prevention and treatment measures that mainly controlled the source of infection and actively carried out malaria control And monitoring work. Results The incidence of malaria in the project counties dropped from 1.66 / million in 2002 to 0.12 / 2007 in 2007, a decrease of 92.77%. The epidemic range shrank from 13 townships to 2 townships and the coverage rate dropped from 89.47% to 0 . The awareness rate of malaria prevention knowledge among residents increased from 26.86% to 79.83% (χ2 = 403.00, P0.01), an increase of 197.21%; awareness of malaria prevention knowledge among students increased from 36.87% to 99.22% (χ2 = 359.62, P0.01) , An increase of 169.11%. Conclusion With the support of the Global Fund for Malaria Project, the malaria prevention and treatment capacity in Junlian County has been significantly enhanced. The malaria prevention knowledge of residents has been significantly increased, the malaria epidemic has been effectively checked, and the project has achieved remarkable results.
