天津市科委确定了九五年科技工作“突出一条主线,再上两个台阶,实现三个突破”的总体工作思路。即全市科技战线要围绕科技兴市这个工作主线,在加速高新技术产业化和适应社会主义市场经济新型科技服务体系建设两个方面,再上新的台阶,在加强科技成果转化、推动科技工作外向型发展和深化科技体制改革三个方面实现较大的突破。根据这一总体思路,1995年全市科技战线要抓好六项重点工作。
Tianjin Science and Technology Commission has identified the overall work train of thought of “highlighting one main line, going up two steps and achieving three breakthroughs” in science and technology work in 1995. According to this general idea, in 1995 the city’s scientific and technological front should grasp six key tasks.
