恶性黑色素瘤在恶性肿瘤中虽是少数,但预后较差,发生在粘膜者,预后更差,应引起重视。我科自1956年9月～1977年8月共收治55例,其中发生在粘膜者为49例,占89.9％。全组病例均经本院病理科复查核实. 资料性别:男性40例,女性15例,男女之比约为2.6:1. 年龄:最大73岁,最小5岁,平均年龄为46岁;40～59岁者占总数60％(33/55)。部位:本组病例发生在粘膜者49例(89.9％);发生在皮肤者仅6例(10.9％)。病期:1～3年占52.7％(29/65);不足1年者占41.8％(23/55)。余3例记载不详。
Although malignant melanoma is a minority in malignant tumors, the prognosis is poor, and it occurs in the mucous membranes, and the prognosis is worse. Attention should be paid to it. In our department from September 1956 to August 1977, a total of 55 cases were treated, of which 49 cases occurred in the mucosa, accounting for 89.9%.
