上海第一钢铁厂与上海冶金高等专科学校共同承担的“采用双阶梯形支承辊改善中板板形”课题,经过近1年的研究和试生产后,于1992年12月通过上海冶金工业局的技术鉴定。鉴定认为: (1)根据理论模拟确定的参数设计的双阶梯形支承辊应用于中板轧机后,经几个月的试生产表明,轧机横向刚度明显提高,中板的横向同板差下降50%,同时普碳中板成材率提高了0.62%,船板成材率提高了0.90%,取得了显著的经济效益,其研究应用已经达到国内同类轧机的先进水平。 (2)采用双阶梯形支承辊改造旧四辊轧
