1 前言 由于大型巷道掘进机产尘量大,致使除尘器的过滤网经常被堵塞,因而,增加了除尘器的维护工作量。最近,对MRDE型高效集尘器进行了改进,除尘器过滤网膜堵塞问题得到了解决。但是,在产尘量非常大的情况下,必须考虑采用多级过滤。 在典型的掘进巷道里,由于进入集尘器内的粉尘大约90%(按重量计算)是呼吸性粉尘,因此,堵塞问题主要是粗粒粉尘造成的。如果在细小粉尘过滤之前能将粗粒粉尘从风流中分离出来,则堵塞问题就会得到大大缓解。将粗粒粉尘从风流中分离出来比分离细粒粉尘耗能少,因此,可以采用一种比较简单且不造成堵塞的方法来分离风流中的粗粒粉尘。
1 Foreword Due to the large amount of dust generated by large tunnel boring machines, the filter of the precipitator is often blocked, thus increasing the maintenance workload of the precipitator. Recently, the MRDE-type high-efficiency dust collector has been improved, clogging the filter membrane has been resolved. However, in the case of dust production is very large, we must consider the use of multi-stage filtration. In a typical tunnel, due to the fact that about 90% (by weight) of the dust entering the dust collector is respirable dust, the clogging problem is mainly caused by the coarse dust. If the coarse dust can be separated from the airflow before the fine dust is filtered off, the clogging problem will be greatly alleviated. Separating the coarse dust from the wind stream consumes less energy than separating the fine dust, so a relatively simple and non-clogging method can be used to separate the coarse dust in the wind flow.
