应用鸦胆子油乳静滴或并经内镜化疗或并YUFT对消化道癌肿进行治疗观察。鸦乳组50例，鸦乳并内镇化疗组20例，YUFT组41例。疗效结果：鸦乳组有效者36％、稳定者46％；鸦乳并局部化疗组有效45％、稳定45％；YUFT组有效46．33％、稳定43．90％。副反应占8．11％，为腹痛、皮疹、腰酸胀、腹泻及脱发。鸦乳具有抗癌作用，且并不影响骨髓造血功能，对血象低不能进行西药化疗的病例，鸦乳也可应用。
Application of Brucea javanica oil emulsion infusion or endoscopic chemotherapy or YUFT treatment of gastrointestinal cancer observed. Fifty infants in the crows milk group, 20 in the crows milk and chemotherapy group, and 41 in the YUFT group. Efficacy results: 36% in the crow milk group and 46% in the stable group; 45% in the crow rash and local chemotherapy group and 45% in the stable group; 46.33% in the YUFT group and 43.90% in the stable group. Side effects accounted for 8.11%, abdominal pain, rash, backache, diarrhea and hair loss. The crow milk has anti-cancer effect and does not affect the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow. The blister milk can also be used in cases where low blood count cannot be treated with western medicine.
