己烯雌酚（ＤＥＳ）皮下注射于荷瘤（Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌，ＬＬＣ）小鼠１５ｄ或２５ｄ，其巨噬细胞（ＭＯ）吞噬功能明显增强；脾细胞对ＣｏｎＡ刺激转化能力提高；脾脏重量增加；抗体产生能力增强。与对照组比较差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。进一步研究发现ＤＥＳ处理后，ＬＬＣ实验性肺转移结节明显减少。
Diethylstilbestrol (DES) was subcutaneously injected into tumor-bearing mice (Lewis lung cancer, LLC) for 15 days or 25 days. The phagocytosis of macrophages (MO) was significantly enhanced; splenocytes stimulated conversion to ConA; spleen weight increased; and antibody production was enhanced. . Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Further research found that after treatment with DES, LLC experimental lung metastases significantly reduced.
