针对煤炭企业多种经营市场营销力量薄弱、迫切需要强化的现状,提出了加强营销队伍建设在营销人员选拔、培养、管理和激励等方面应该采取的措施。
Aiming at the current situation that the marketing power of multi-management of coal enterprises is weak and urgent need to be strengthened, the measures that should be taken to strengthen the selection and training, management and encouragement of marketers should be put forward.
