教学的目的是让学生获得知识,那么如何能让学生更快速、更有效地获得更多的知识,就需要一系列的相对灵活的教学策略,它可以是教师在多年实战教学中总结下来的经验,也可以是根据学生身心发展等各种实际情况制定的灵活的教学计划。尤其是在小学数学课堂,教师的追求就是让教学过程更有效率,让学生更全面得到知识,并且形成一种教学理念,使学生的数学解题理念和数学创新能力得到提升。
