领导干部群体的主观幸福感受到了整个社会和学术界的广泛关注。本文的研究主题是领导干部主观幸福感的影响因素研究,研究假设是人口统计学变量、经济资本变量、社会资本变量和文化资本变量会影响领导干部的主观幸福感。研究结果表明:经济资本变量最能解释领导干部主观幸福感的差异,其次是社会资本变量,第三位是人口统计学变量,文化资本变量对领导干部主观幸福感差异的解释能力最弱。为了有效提升领导干部的主观幸福感,必须坚持“分类指导、分别实施、分批推进”这个总体性原则,只有这样才能更好地做到因时制宜、因地制宜和因人制宜。
The subjective well-being of leading cadres has drawn wide attention from society and academia alike. The research topic of this paper is the research on the influencing factors of subjective well-being of leading cadres. The research hypotheses are that demographic variables, economic capital variables, social capital variables and cultural capital variables will affect the subjective well-being of leading cadres. The results show that economic capital variables can best explain the differences of subjective well-being of leading cadres, followed by social capital variables, and the third is demographic variables. Cultural capital variables have the weakest explanatory power of subjective well-being differences among leading cadres. In order to effectively enhance the subjective sense of happiness of leading cadres, we must adhere to the general principle of “guiding by categories, implementing separately and promoting in batches”. Only in this way can we better meet the needs of the times, local conditions and individual circumstances.
