煤矿井下空气反循环取样技术对提高直接法测定瓦斯含量准确性具有重要的作用。采用数值模拟的方法对煤矿井下空气反循环取样钻头外喷孔的倾角和位置进行了优化研究;研究结果表明,当外喷孔倾角为15°,适当远离钻齿位置布置时,能够使取样钻头产生更好的反循环效果,可增大取样深度、提高取样质量、防止钻头损坏和埋钻事故的发生。
Reverse sampling technology of coal mine air has an important role in improving the accuracy of the direct method for the determination of gas content. The numerical simulation method was used to optimize the inclination and position of the outer spray hole of reverse air sampling bit in coal mine. The results show that when the outer spray hole is inclined at 15 °, Produce better reverse circulation effect, can increase the sampling depth, improve sampling quality, prevent bit damage and burial accidents.
