本文报告13例表现为致死性中线肉芽肿的恶性组织细胞增生症尸检时的空肠改变。肉眼可见肠道内有肿块或非硬结性溃疡。显微镜检查:全部病例看到粘膜绒毛萎缩与隐窝增生,7例(54％)有全身性非典型组织细胞增生,其余病例组织细胞数量增加而形态正常。此外还可经常看到淋巴浆细胞浸润,这些病理改变表明组织细胞缓慢异常增生不仅存在于病人小肠
This article reports the change of the jejunum at the necropsy of 13 patients with malignant metaplasia of the lethal median granuloma. Visually visible intestine with lumps or non-invasive ulcers. Microscopic examination: mucosal villous atrophy and crypt hyperplasia were observed in all cases, with systemic atypical cells hyperplasia in 7 cases (54%). The number of the other cases increased and the morphology was normal. In addition, we can often see the infiltration of lymphocytes, these pathological changes show that slow proliferation of tissue cells not only exist in the patient’s small intestine
