目的:了解普外科平均住院日管理情况,分析影响因素并提出改进建议。方法:回顾性分析2012~2015年浙江省荣军医院普外科出院患者的平均住院日,对出院人数、平均住院日、床位使用率和手术次数进行分析,总结普外科平均住院日的影响因素,并提出管理建议。结果:2012年出院1598人,平均住院(8.4±2.3)天,床位使用率87.6%,手术次数1013例次;2015年出院2468人,平均住院(6.4±1.5)天,床位使用率98.0%,手术次数1316例次,4年间出院人数、床位使用率和手术次数逐渐增加,但平均住院日逐渐缩短。结论:影响普外科平均住院日的因素较多,建议从加强门诊管理、完善住院流程、应用电子病历、提高护理服务水平、推广护理新技术、开展临床路径管理等方面入手,全面改善普外科医疗服务治疗,提高医疗效率,缩短平均住院日。
Objective: To understand the average length of stay in general surgery management, analyze the influencing factors and make recommendations for improvement. Methods: The average length of stay of patients discharged from General Surgery in Invalides Hospital of Zhejiang Province from 2012 to 2015 was retrospectively analyzed. The number of discharged patients, the average length of stay, the utilization rate of beds and the number of operations were analyzed. The influencing factors of average length of stay were summarized. Propose management suggestions. Results: A total of 1598 people were discharged from hospital in 2012, with an average of 8.4 ± 2.3 days. The bed occupancy rate was 87.6% and the number of operations was 1013. Among them, 2468 were discharged in 2015 with an average length of hospital stay of 6.4 ± 1.5 days and a bed occupancy rate of 98.0% The number of operations was 1316 cases. The number of discharged patients, the utilization rate of beds and the number of surgery gradually increased in 4 years, but the average length of stay was gradually shortened. Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the average length of stay in general surgery. It is suggested to improve general surgery by strengthening outpatient management, improving hospitalization procedures, applying electronic medical records, improving nursing service, promoting new nursing technologies and developing clinical path management Service treatment, improve medical efficiency and shorten the average length of stay.
