农村城镇化进程中,发展社区教育需要社会各类教学资源的有效整合和社会各界的协力参与。借鉴国外社区教育管理的实践经验,以社会公共服务理论做支撑,探索政府统筹指导,构建结合社区网格化以强化基层社区教育服务能效的联动服务机制,对组织、协调、保障社区教育联动服务职能的环节提出建议和对策。
