要建立现代化企业制度,就对企业财务管理提出了更高、更迫切的要求。如何更有效的达到成本控制目标,管理观念和管理方法是不可忽视的重要方面。在现代经济社会,财务管理直接关系到企业的生存与发展,从某种意义上说,加强财务管理是企业可持续发展的一个重要关键。我们应站在企业战略的高度,从全过程的成本控制入手,把财务管理目标推向一个新阶段,这是企业目前财务管理中的一项重要工作目标。
To establish a modern enterprise system, corporate financial management put forward higher and more urgent requirements. How to more effectively achieve the goal of cost control, management concepts and management methods are important aspects that can not be ignored. In modern economy and society, financial management is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. In a sense, strengthening financial management is an important key to sustainable development of enterprises. We should stand at the height of the corporate strategy, start with the cost control in the whole process and push the goal of financial management to a new stage. This is an important objective of the current financial management.
