21世纪,科学技术将成为我国经济发展的关键因素。提高中学教师的科技教育能力是摆在教师进修院校面前的紧迫任务。为此,笔者仅就如何提高中学物理教师的科技教育能力进行探讨。 首先,强化中学物理教师的科技教育意识。加强对教师的科技教育意识的教育,增加教师对现代科技发展趋势和前沿情况的了解,加强对新的科技知识的学习。在精通物理学科专业知识的基础上,形成工作需要的知识结构,以发挥物理学科的科技教育功能。
In the 21st century, science and technology will become the key factor in China's economic development. Improving the ability of middle school teachers in science and technology education is an urgent task facing teachers' continuing education institutions. To this end, the author only discusses how to improve the ability of science and technology education of middle school physics teachers. First of all, strengthen the sense of science and technology education of physics teachers in secondary schools. We should step up education on teachers 'awareness of science and technology education, increase teachers' understanding of the development trend and frontier situation of modern science and technology, and enhance their learning of new scientific and technological knowledge. On the basis of mastering the professional knowledge of physics, the knowledge structure needed for the work should be formed so as to give play to the science and technology education function of physics.
