10年定位试验的结果表明,秸秆、厩肥、有机肥配施化肥处理较单施化肥处理的土壤脲酶。碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和转化酶活性分别提高26.5%、39.7%、48.9%和111.6%.作物根系提高上述4种酶活性分别为85.1%、147.8%、81.5%和517.9%,作用极为显著施肥后休闲不能提高土壤酶活性.脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、有效氮、全磷及小麦产量均有很好的相关性有机肥配施化肥的培肥效果最好。
The result of 10 years positioning test showed that straw, manure and organic manure were treated with chemical fertilizers rather than soil urease treated with chemical fertilizers alone. Alkaline phosphatase, catalase and invertase activities increased by 26.5%, 39.7%, 48.9% and 111.6%, respectively. Crop root system to improve the above-mentioned four kinds of enzyme activity were 85.1%, 147.8%, 81.5% and 517.9%, the role is extremely significant after fertilization leisure can not increase soil enzyme activity. The activities of urease, alkaline phosphatase and catalase had a good correlation with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus and wheat yield.
