鉴于潜血试验常用的联苯胺试剂是一种强致癌物质,目前,也难于购到,不宜广泛采用。作者用米吐尔试剂代替,也得到同样效果,现介绍如下: 试剂 1.米吐尔试剂·米吐尔2g,冰醋酸2ml,加蒸馏水至100ml,装棕色瓶中置冰箱保存。 2.枸橼酸钠液:枸橼酸钠3g,溶于100ml蒸溜水中。 3.3％过氧化氢。方法涂粪便少许于载玻片上,加米吐尔试剂3滴,枸橼酸钠液1滴,摇匀,再加3％过氧化氢3滴,在白色底板上,按下列标准判定结果。 (-)5分钟不显色 (+):1～2分钟内显樱红色 (?):1～2分钟内显深红色 (?):30秒钟内显深红色

Add 3 drops of Calmetere reagent and 1 drop of sodium citrate solution. Shake well and add 3 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide. On the white plate, determine the result according to the following criteria. (-) 5 minutes without color (+): Within 1 ~ 2 minutes obvious cherry red (?): Deep red within 1 ~ 2 minutes (?): Deep red within 30 seconds
