糖尿病前期是一种患者糖代谢异常的表现,又被称为糖调节受损,该种如果能尽早进行诊断,并且采取一定的干预措施,可以阻止患者向糖尿病转化,降低患者的糖尿病发病几率,减轻患者的负担与压力.中药干预是一种在糖尿病前期预防、延缓糖尿病的途径,该方法优势明显,拥有多靶点、多途径的特点.这符合中医“治未病”的理念,中药本身价格低廉,有较小的毒副作用且具备综合效益.本文主要研究糖尿病前期的辨证论治、中药干预方法及应用效果,旨在为改善糖尿病前期患者预后提供指导.
