Objective:To investigate effects of sufentanil on stress in pediatric undergoing repair of congenital heart defects (CHD) surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) by observing hemodynamic index and catecholamine changes.Methods:We studied 30 ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients undergoing repair of congenital heart defects surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass,aged six months ~ five years,weight 8~ 20 kg,no liver and renal dysfunction.Thirty pediatric patients undergoing atrioventricular septum were randomly divided into two groups (n=15,each group).Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.2mg/kg,atracurium 0.6 mg/kg,fentanyl 10μtg/kg or sufentanil 1 μtg/kg iv.
