当今计算机技术迅猛发展,尤其是网络信息技术迅猛发展。不但从根本上增强了广播电视的传输功能,还实现了广播电视工程诸多先进技术的集成。为了满足不同用户的不同需求,常态化进行广播电视工程优化是尤为必要的。
