在我国,教师群体的职业倦怠日益受到重视。随着社会对各行各业人才英语水平的要求越来越高,英语专业教师的教学压力也越来越大,尤其是需要承担更多家庭责任的女教师。本文通过问卷调查以及深度访谈的方式对山西大学、山西财经大学以及太原理工大学三所院校英语专业女教师的职业倦怠现状及其压力源作了分析研究,并提出有关
In our country, the occupational burnout of teachers is paid more and more attention. As society demands more and more English for professionals in all trades and professions, teaching pressure on English majors is also growing, especially for female teachers who need to take on more family responsibilities. This paper analyzes the current situation and stressors of job burnout for English majors in Shanxi University, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Taiyuan University of Technology by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews.
