发明成果取得良好的经济与社会效益,推动我国装配整体式建筑的发展,为今后装配式建筑施工提供借鉴和指导。随着预制装配式建筑从住宅延伸到公共商业项目,建筑面积逐年大幅递增,预制率逐步提高,由低预制率非承重体系向高预制率承重体系转变。本项目对预制梁柱、预制剪力墙等高预制率承重体系的成套建造技术及装置进行研究,推动全国装配式建筑发展提供更广阔的应用空间。主要发明点包括:
Achievements made in the invention made good economic and social benefits, and promoted the development of assembly-type buildings in our country so as to provide reference and guidance for the construction of assembly-type buildings in the future. With the prefabricated buildings extending from residential to public commercial projects, the construction area has increased substantially year by year, and the prefabrication rate has been gradually raised from a low prefabricated non-load-bearing system to a high prefabricated load-bearing system. The project will study the complete set of construction techniques and devices for precast bollards and prefabricated shear walls such as prefabricated shear walls to provide broader application space for the development of national assembly-type buildings.
