根据了解,很多老板为了进一步了解企业的运行效率与效果,调动员工工作热情,喜欢去一线工作现场巡视。当老板询问中层管理者工作有无问题时,也许最喜欢听到的回答就是“没有问题,一切正常”。而另一方面,很多中层管理者为了显示自己工作能力强,担心被批评责罚,也通常喜欢这样回答,即不正常也要说正常。在这种情况下,组织的问题就会被掩盖起来得不到解决,长此以往自然会引发组织的危机。
