间氯偶氮安替比林光度测定钙已有报道。本文研究了间氯偶氮安替比林与铜的显色反应。试验结果表明,在pH7.6~8.8铜与显色剂形成1:1蓝色稳定的络合物,其最大吸收峰在625nm波长处,摩尔吸光率为3.32×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),比BCO法的灵敏度高1倍。当铜含量在0~50μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,络合物稳定,吸光度24h不变。在三乙醇胺存在下,利用柠檬酸钠和六偏磷酸钠联合掩蔽基体及其共存离子,拟定了铝合金、锡基合金和铜稀土镁硅铁中间合金中铜的光度测定法。 NO_2~-影响络合物的稳定性,吸光度不断降低,可加尿素消除。镍(Ⅱ)>5μg干扰测定。
Inter-chloroantipyrine antipyrine photometric determination of calcium has been reported. In this paper, the color reaction between m-chloroantipyrine and copper was studied.
