企业档案工作笔谈的第一个专题“企业档案的综合管理”与读者见面了。令编者略感遗憾的的是,一些来稿中的内容仍嫌单调,新问题、新认识不多。大多数来稿都是谈“综合管理好”,但之所以“好”的内在原因是什么,怎样才才能达到大家所期望的“好”却谈得不多。档案工作要获得发展,最根本的还是要丰富工作内涵,深化业务工作,而不仅是改善外部环境。就综合管理来说,究竟它的实质是什么?它的目的在哪里?业务工作上要做哪些调整?已经开始综合管理的单位有些什么新问题?……有不少问题的认识目前还都不甚深入和明确,愿广大读者和作者继续思考。
The first topic of enterprise archives work on the topic of “comprehensive management of enterprise files” met with the reader. To the editor somewhat regrettable is that some contributions are still monotonous content, new problems, new little understanding. Most contributions are about “integrated management,” but what are the underlying causes of “good” and how can we achieve the “good” expectations we all expect? Archives work to be developed, the most fundamental thing is to enrich the work content, deepen business work, not just to improve the external environment. In the case of integrated management, what is its essence? Where is its purpose? What adjustments should be made in business operations? What new problems have been initiated in units of integrated management? ... There are still many problems that are currently unknown Very in-depth and clear, the majority of readers and authors may wish to continue thinking.
