目的为了解电子企业的职业卫生状况,对某市电子企业工作场所中的职业病危害因素及接触人员进行检测和职业健康检查。方法采用现场卫生学调查、系统工程分析、现场检测、实验室分析等方法进行分析与评价。结果该企业职业病危害因素检测合格率:噪声24.2%,粉尘100.0%,毒物94.5%;职业健康检查检出职业禁忌证27例、疑似职业病患者6例,主要分布在噪声作业岗位;其他非职业性疾患以高血压、心电图异常为多,所占比例分别为15.2%和14.8%。结论金属加工切割过程中的噪声及清洗工艺中接触到的有机溶剂为该企业超标情况最严重、对工人危害最大的职业病危害因素,企业需进一步改善防毒、降噪措施并做好工人的个人防护工作。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of the electronics enterprises, the occupational hazards and the contact persons in the workplace of the electronics enterprises in a certain city were tested and the occupational health examination was conducted. Methods The methods of on-site hygiene investigation, system engineering analysis, on-site testing and laboratory analysis were used for analysis and evaluation. Results The passing rate of occupational hazards in this enterprise was 24.2% of noise, 100.0% of dust and 94.5% of poison. Occupational health examination detected 27 cases of occupational contraindications and 6 cases of suspected occupational diseases, mainly distributed in noisy jobs. Other non-occupational Illness with hypertension, electrocardiogram as much, the proportion was 15.2% and 14.8%. Conclusion The noise during the metal cutting process and the organic solvents exposed during the cleaning process are the most serious occupational hazards endangering the work of the enterprise and the most harmful to the workers. Enterprises need to further improve the anti-virus and noise reduction measures and do their personal protection jobs.
