世界各国总共约有46万用户电报户,其中西德邮局拥有最大的国内电报网络,它第一次配备了一个公开的计算机——用户电报——问询处。每一个用户可从计算机获得有关整个西德邮局范围内的用户电报问询答案。
There are a total of about 460,000 subscribers in all countries in the world. The latter has the largest domestic telegraph network and is for the first time equipped with a public computer, the Telegraph-Information Office. Each user can get the user’s telegram inquiries from the computer about the entire post office in West Germany.
