When I first met Tibor Cernus, I was touched by his simple appearance and as an artist who has enjoyed great fame in France while still maintaining his diligent and hardworking dedication. The nearly 70-year-old, thin old painter spent nearly 10 hours a day in his non-spacious studio, which Czernith thus regards as a way of life and a way of life. In 1927, Cernus was born in Condoros, Hungary. He studied at the Budapest Academy of Fine Arts from 1946 to 1952. From 1949 to 1957, he participated in almost every year at the Hungarian National Yearly Exhibition in Budapest. Chernushss traveled to France for the first time from 1957 to 1958 and more than 30 years since he began his settlement in Paris in 1964. Since 1973, Czernus’s work has been exhibited at the most important Claude Benat gallery in Paris, and Claude Bennett galleries in New York and Paris have been releasing his new works ever since. The inclusion of Tibor Cernus in post-modernism and neoclassicism in ART TODAY, by PHAIDON, London, 1995
