改革开放以来,经过近20年的恢复和发展阶段,中国的寿险业已初具规模。但我们必须看到,随着经济全球化进程的加快和中国即将加入 WTO,一场大范围、大规模的招揽与引进人才之战也即将拉开帷幕,人才之争将面临着更加严峻的考验和挑战,必将直面影响我们寿险发展的许多深层次的问题。寿险公司如何抓住入世所带来的难得的历史机遇、发挥优势、赢得主动,在新一轮的业务发展中立于不败之地,很大程度上取决于对人力资源的开发、利用与管理。本文拟对寿险公司人才资源的现状、要求和人才开发途径这几个方面作一初步探讨。

However, we must realize that with the acceleration of economic globalization and China’s imminent accession to the WTO, a large-scale and large-scale battle for recruiting and recruiting talents will soon start. This article intends to make a preliminary discussion on the status quo and requirements of talent resources of life insurance companies and the way of talent development.
