国家经委于今年四月份,组织召开了全国第四次企业管理现代化座谈会。国家经委副主任张彦宁同志在会上作工作报告,国家经委副主任袁宝华同志在大会闭幕时作总结。会议期间国家经委主任吕东同志作重要讲话。这次座谈会是一次动员向企业管理现代化进军的大会,是企业管理方面由传统管理向现代化管理的指导思想转变的大会。
In April this year, the State Economic and Trade Commission organized and held the fourth national seminar on modern enterprise management. Comrade Zhang Yanning, deputy director of the State Economic Commission, made a working report at the meeting. Comrade Yuan Baohua, deputy director of the State Economic Commission, made a summary at the conclusion of the meeting. During the meeting, Comrade Ludong, director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, made an important speech. This symposium was a general meeting to mobilize the march toward the modernization of enterprise management, and was the convention for the enterprise management to shift from the traditional management to the guiding ideology of modern management.
