膀胱血管瘤临床较少见。我科近收1例,报告如下: 患者,男,23岁。因间断性肉眼血尿2月于1988年7月10日以“血尿待查”入院。膀胱镜检查:膀胱左上壁有2×3cm包块,暗红色,其上有数个白色点状物。取活检病理报告为膀胱移行上皮增生。尿脱落细胞学检查3次均未见癌细胞。IVP正常。对症治疗,症状缓解。3个月后膀胱镜复查,见左侧壁有3×5cm包块,表面出血坏死,双侧输尿管开口正常。10月23日在连硬麻下行膀胱探查术。术中见膀胱左侧壁有3×5cm血管瘤样增生物,表面出血坏死。切除肿瘤,病理报告为膀胱海绵状血管瘤。讨论膀胱血管瘤是一种罕见疾病。1895年,国外报告首例;1979年,国内李荣增报告1例。膀胱血管瘤属先天性疾病,生长缓慢,好发于小儿及青年人。临床症状以血尿为特征。大多单个发生(66%),多发者(34%)可分布于膀胱各处。瘤块大小不一,有时体积很大,侵犯膀胱肌层,甚至累及膀胱周围组织。本病诊断主要靠膀胱镜检。肿瘤通常无蒂,红色,表面光滑或不规则。由于本病少见且多次活检后组
