1 水土保持科研机构的建立与发展1.1 流域水土保持科研机构概况长江流域是我国重要的农业生产区,历代人民在农业生产中,创造了许多行之有效的水土保持措施.长江流域的水土保持科学研究工作开始于30年代末.1939年,国民政府有关单位在四川省内江县甘蔗试验场设立了水土保持坡地试验小区,40年代初又在北碚建立了水土保持试验区.新中国建立后,特别是第一次全国水土保持工作会议之后,长江流域的水土保持科学研究工作正式开始起步并得到迅速发展,长江流域规划办公室(长委前身,简称长办)和流域各省相继建立了水土保持试验站,如三峡库区的三斗坪站,贵州省的金沙站,四川省的内江站、威州站、崇庆站、遂庆站,湖北省的罗田站,湖南省的武陵站,江西省的兴国站等,开展了水土流失规律和防治措施的研究、推广应用等工作,取得了一些
