对和谐图书馆的产生背景及基本内涵进行了浅释,分析了图书馆在发展过程中遇到一些“不和谐”的现状,并提出构建和谐图书馆的建议和措施。

The background and basic connotation of the harmonious library were briefly explained. The status quo of some “discord” encountered during the development of the library was analyzed, and the suggestions and measures for constructing the harmonious library were put forward.
