近几年来,我们把信访信息工作作为加强信访工作的一项基础性工作来抓,充分发掘和利用信访信息资源,为改革、发展和稳定服务,取得了很好的成效。据统计,1995年以来我局共编发信访信息612条,其中市党政领导批示165条;1995至2001年省信访局采用210条,信息的采用率在全省名列前茅,许多重要信息进入了领导的决策
In recent years, we have taken the work of petitioning letters and calls as a basic task of strengthening the petition work, fully exploiting and utilizing the petition information resources, and have achieved good results in reform, development and stability. According to statistics, a total of 612 letters and visits were compiled by our bureau since 1995, of which 165 were approved by the party and government leaders in the city.
