本文在阐释副职领导“一人之下,众人之上”的特殊地位的基础上,分别从如何与正职领导、同级副职及下属相处等三个方面,阐析其实现人心归一、上下团结的“人和”艺术。领导,是在一定的社会组织领导或群体内,为实现组织预定目标,运用其法定权力和自身影响力影响被领导者的行为,并将其导向目标的过程;副职,是第二位的、辅助的职位,是相对“正职”而言的;人和,是人心归一,上下团结。副职领导工作关系的规范和协调是一种技巧,是一种艺术。
