利用XRD、TEM、EDS和光学显微镜等方法研究了TiCrVAl合金的显微组织与热处理制度的关系,并从热力学的角度揭示了α相的析出行为。研究结果表明TiCrVAl合金中有α相、碳化物相和硅化物相析出,在试验条件下α相的析出量与热力学平衡计算结果有较大差别的原因是从β基体中析出α相的驱动力很小
The relationship between microstructure and heat treatment of TiCrVAl alloy was studied by XRD, TEM, EDS and optical microscope. The precipitation behavior of α phase was revealed from the thermodynamic point of view. The results show that the α-phase, carbide and silicide phases are precipitated in the TiCrVAl alloy. The reason for the large difference between the α-phase precipitates and the thermodynamic equilibrium results under the experimental conditions is that from the β matrix The driving force precipitated α phase is small
