本文应用白细胞~(22)钠外流速率常数测定以研究钠与高血压的关系。16例原发性高血压患者的白细胞总~(22)钠外流速率常数与哇巴因敏感钠外流率均显著低于15例正常对照组,提示高血压患者细胞膜钠-钾泵活性受抑而可能与高血压发病机制有关;20例有高血压家族史的正常血压子女的白细胞哇巴因不敏感钠外流率显著低于20例正常血压家族子女,这一异常可能与高血压的遗传病因有关。作者认为,深入研究细胞膜离子转运系统与高血压的关系,有助于阐明原发性高血压的发病机制。
In this paper, leukocyte ~ (22) sodium efflux rate constant was used to study the relationship between sodium and hypertension. The total leukocyte total sodium outflow rate constant and the ouabain-sensitive sodium outflow rate in 16 patients with essential hypertension were significantly lower than those in 15 normal controls, suggesting that the plasma membrane sodium-potassium pump activity was suppressed in hypertensive patients May be related to the pathogenesis of hypertension; 20 cases of normal children with hypertension family history of leukocyte ouabain insensitive sodium efflux rate was significantly lower than 20 cases of normotensive children, the abnormality may be related to the genetic causes of hypertension . The author believes that in-depth study of cell membrane ion transport system and the relationship between hypertension, help to clarify the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
