近几年国企处于困境。纺织行业更为突出,企业大面积亏损,关门停产屡见不鲜,然而武汉冠牛集团有限公司却在逆境中敢于向纳税大户“问鼎”,通过股份制改造。三年跨上三个台阶,已形成现代企业的科学管理格局;年总产值由1996年的七千多万元提高到1998年的一个多亿,发展速度达20.23％;产销两旺,效益颇佳,三年向国家缴纳税收718万元,成为武汉市汉南区有名的纳税大户。 最近,我们采访了冠牛集团总经理谢远南。透视这个企业摆脱困境的轨迹,为中小国企改革,特别是处于困境的纺织企业走出生产经营低谷,找到了值得借鉴
In recent years, state-owned enterprises are in trouble. The textile industry is even more prominent, with companies losing money in large areas and shutting down production. It is not uncommon for Wuhan Guanniu Group Co., Ltd. However, in the face of adversity, Wuhan Guanniu Group Co., Ltd. dared to “aspire” to big taxpayers and transform it through shareholding system. Three years passed three steps, and the scientific management structure of modern enterprises has been formed; the annual output value has increased from more than 70 million yuan in 1996 to more than one billion in 1998 with a development rate of 20.23%; Jia, a three-year tax payment of 7.18 million yuan to the country, became a famous taxpayer in Wuhan’s Hannan District.
