各位秘书长、同志们: 刚才,邱会长和家增第一副会长给我们做了很重要的报告,为今后的工作指出了很多重要的、方向性的东西,同时也对我们面临的形势和今后的任务进行了透彻的分析,并就我们面对的国民经济和包装工业发展的形势如何开展工作提出了战略性的意见。希望大家在会议期间认真讨论,并在今后工作中贯彻落实。下面,我仅就如何贯彻协会五大提出的任务和作好1999年行业管理工作讲几点意见。
Secretary-generals and comrades: Just now, President Qiu and Jiaxing’s first vice president made a very important report to us, pointing out a lot of important and directional things for the future work and also facing us. The situation and future tasks have been thoroughly analyzed and strategic views have been put forward on how to proceed with the development of the national economy and the packaging industry that we face. I hope everyone will seriously discuss during the meeting and implement it in the future. In the following, I will give only a few opinions on how to implement the tasks proposed by the five major associations and do a good job in the industry management in 1999.
