我想趁这个机会,向大家汇报一下桥梁标准設計的近况。由于情况掌握不够全面不恰当的地方,請同志們指正。一、編制和整頓修改情况 1961年全路桥梁标准設計专业会議决定对常用标准設計进行翻新配套。在兄弟院局的努力下,已經取得不少成績。許多常用图紙已經完成或接近完成。具体情况如附表。三年来,桥梁标准設計的編制质量也有了較大的提高。主要表現在(1)党的方針政策得到較充分的体現,如渡槽設計,槽頂上还可让农村行人馬車通过,既利灌溉,又便交通;拱涵設計增加了旧鋼軌支架方案,节省了木材。(2)普遍重視了調查研究和总結工作。各兄弟院局共同进行的涵洞、鋼筋混凝土梁、預应力鋼
