Foreword To further improve the performance of high-level track and field athletes, we must seek new ways, such as formulating new plans and selecting new training methods. Most of the best coaches in the world today think that the known methods of strength training are not enough and that new ways must be found. To this end, we must first answer a series of principled questions: First, determine the status and role of strength training methods and means; Second, find a reasonable amount of exercise and strength; Third, determine the correct combination of these means and the special training programs. Therefore, the exchange of advanced experience is extremely important. This article attempts to classify the various methods of strength training in terms of muscle contraction types. In addition, various methods of discussion are accompanied by specific instructions: the weight of the size, the number of groups, the number of repetitions and so on.
