目的:探究热毒宁和维生素C治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的有效性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年8月无锡市锡山人民医院东亭分院收治的40例传染性单核细胞增多症患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组在口服小儿豉翘清热颗粒基础上给予热毒宁和维生素C治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗,比较两组各项相关指标。结果:治疗后,观察组WBC(白细胞计数)、Hb(血红蛋白)、PLT(血小板计数)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、颈部淋巴结缩小时间、肝功能恢复时间、白细胞恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝肾功能指标与对照组相比存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CK(肌酸激酶)、CKMB(肌酸激酶同工酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)水平与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗效果相较于对照组更具有优势,P<0.05。结论:热毒宁和维生素C治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的效果显著,且能够使患者肝肾功能得到改善,值得研究和推广。“,”Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Reduning and Vitamin C in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis.
