以φ180 mm连轧钢管机组小系列φ158 mm穿顶为基础,选用15Cr2Ni3MoW钢作为顶头材质,通过改进冶炼、铸造等环节的工艺,达到减少顶头铸造缺陷、增加顶头致密度的目的.对热处理环节进行优化,获得了组织结构良好的氧化膜覆盖层.采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对穿顶在各个制作阶段的金相组织、缺陷和夹杂进行观察分析.在φ180 mm连轧钢管机组上进行产品使用寿命试验,取得较好的效果.
In order to reduce the head casting defects and increase the head density, the 15Cr2Ni3MoW steel is selected as the head material based on the φ158 mm through-the-top of the small series φ180 mm continuous rolling steel tube unit, the heat treatment process is carried out by improving the processes of smelting and casting, And the microstructure and defects of inclusions were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The product was used on φ180 mm continuous rolling steel tube unit Life test, achieved good results.
