In April this year, the Central Government issued five statutory documents such as the Provisional Regulations on the Public Selection of Leading Cadres in the Party and Government. Prior to this, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Central Organization Department jointly issued the Circular on Clearing Part-time Leading Cadres in Enterprises. The centralized issuance of these statutory documents is an important measure for deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system and is also a practical step toward actively promoting the reform of the political system.
