为了发展对极性甾族化合物及含氟化合物有较好分离的填料,我们曾利用不同的氟硅试剂制备了氟酰胺和氟烃键合相填料,最近利用四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷(1)与硅胶反应,又制备了一种四氟乙烯五聚体丙氧基键合相填料(4F-OYWG).用于HPLC,发现此键合相亦具有与氟酰胺键合相填料相似的性能,也能加快分析速度,改进峰形拖尾.用其分析了二十个甾族化合物,并与硅胶柱及氟酰胺、氟烃柱进行了比较,其极性小于硅胶及氟酰胺柱,但大于氟烃柱.在分析含有不同链长烃基取代的联苯腈及带有不同取代基的苯胺时,均取得满意结果.故此填料可作为用于HPLC上的一种弱极性的填料.
In order to develop a filler with a better separation of polar and fluorinated compounds, we have used fluorosilicone reagents to prepare fluoroamide and fluorocarbon-bonded phase fillers. Recently, tetrafluoroethylene pentamer propoxy Trimethoxysilane (1) was reacted with silica gel to prepare a tetrafluoroethylene pentamer propoxy bonded phase (4F-OYWG), which was used for HPLC. The similar performance of the phase-packed materials also accelerates the analysis speed and improves the peak-tailing. Twenty of the steroids were analyzed and compared with silica gel columns, flutolanilide and fluorocarbon columns, and their polarities were less than that of silica gel And flutamide columns, but larger than those of fluorocarbon columns. Satisfactory results were obtained in the analysis of biphenylcarbonitriles substituted with different chain-length hydrocarbyls and anilines with different substituents. Thus, the filler can be used as a weak Polar filler.
